Footloose: The Musical

With great joy TCDSB Staff Arts Musicals have returned and we will be presenting the musical Footloose this June! Featuring an Oscar nominated score, sensational songs and dynamic dancing, Footloose is an engaging and enthusiastic story of the exhilaration of youth, teen-adult listening, and the power of forgiveness. Be there and “cut loose”! This year’s production team includes director Sheila Gatensby, music director Anne Bolger, and choreographer Bridget D’Orsogna. The cast and crew include current staff and retirees from all walks of the TCDSB. Performances will take place in the theatre at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts on June 2, 3, 8, 9, 10 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at www.tcdsb.org/staffarts.

Footloose is recommended for ages 12+.
Mature themes, including domestic physical abuse/alcohol use/strong language (swearing). Use of bright flashing lights.
