Welcome to Sanirajak

The Latest Information

We are at 90.4% of our goal for this year of $25,000. At the beginning of May, our 20 foot shipping container that will eventually make its way to the sunny shores of Sanirajak will be parked in our lot.  The grade 11 students from Sacred Heart High School will paint it with designs to make it visually appealing and as a message of hope and love from us to our sisters and brothers North of 60.  

Once we have communicated with our designated contact with the Community of Sanirajak who will outline their specific needs, we will begin purchasing the requested items and loading them onto the container.

We will bid bon voyage to our container around July 10th.  It must be at the Port of Montreal to be loaded on the ship which is the 'second crossing' to Nunavut.

So we are almost there.  Your support is very much appreciated.  This is an exciting venture and we hope a great stepping stone to form a long term relationship with the People of Sanirajak.  Thank You.
